Digital Child Rights Panel

Give youth a voice

Let children participate structurally in digital child-friendly municipalities.

Our Panel

Based on our (youth) network and all children and young people who participate in our programs, we are building a Digital Child Rights Panel. In each country we establish a connection between education, social organizations and employees within the municipality who are involved in participation. Children between the ages of 10 and 18 give their opinion, wishes and feedback about their digital lives. Young people between the ages of 18 and 30 conduct research into the status of digital children's rights and do an internship or get a part-time job. We help set up a local Digital Child Rights Desk in every municipality.

Our approach

At every stage of our programs, we ensure that our Child Rights Panel provides insight into the views of children and young people. In the first phase about important themes in their digital life. In the second phase, they give their opinion in detail about the status of their digital rights in their municipality. In the third phase, they provide feedback on the digital public space of their city.
