We are an NGO and founded in 2022
The Digital Child Rights Foundation is an international non-profit youth organization. We were founded in the Netherlands, in Europe. In every local community in every country, we empower young people by establishing a Connection Desk.
Our role
As a center of expertise for digital children’s rights, we facilitate the inclusive (digital) participation of children and young people in their local communities by developing tools for awareness and empowerment.
We prioritize children and young people, giving them a voice and a role in their development. We systematically share children’s and young people’s opinions and feedback with parents, caregivers, teachers, professionals, and other key local and national stakeholders.
As a center of expertise, we focus on the nearly 200 member states of the United Nations. In each country, we then focus on neighborhoods, cities, and towns, particularly those areas where vulnerable children and young people experience significant social disadvantage.
