Activities The above goal will be accomplished by undertaking the following activities based on a roadmap: network coordination, fundraising, stakeholder mapping and engagement, training of partner employees and youth, conduct baseline study for benchmarking and evidence-based programming, organize a conference, piloting Digital Child Rights tools in selected districts, evaluation of the pilot program, resource mobilization and developing of multiyear follow-up plan. By signing this agreement, the partners declare that they will make every effort to comply with the MOU and to carry out the activities.

Property The tools, products, services and relationships contributed by a partner remain the property of the relevant partner. If necessary, separate additional agreements will be made about this. The generated results of activities belonging to this MOU are the property of all partners and can be used independently by each partner after consultation.

Non exclusive clause This Agreement does not in any way prohibit any of the Partners from collaborating with other Partners on matters related to digital children’s rights.

Mediation clause Parties agree to first attempt to resolve their potential dispute through mediation. A neutral mediator will help them reach a solution.

Duration This MOU ends on …. This agreement is in our sole discretion and subject to change by mutual consent of the partners. This MOU becomes effective upon signature by the partners and will remain in effect until modified or terminated by mutual consent of either partner.
